Apparently Punxsutawny Phil is more agreeable than Staten Island Chuck, though Chuck gave the more promising prediction. That's right, surly Chuck bit the Mayor. Read all about the day here. Chuck's just mad because he knows he's a poser. The only prediction that matters is Phil's!
