So if I can't have the house in NY that I want, I'll take this one in Mineral Point. I LOVE this house. I actually tried to link to it in my last post but it wouldn't work. So instead I give you the photos at least from the listing.
The kitchen needs some work, but there is good space to work with.
I LOVE that the dining room opens to two sitting rooms and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the arched doorways with pocket doors.
Isn't this gorgeous?

Okay, I admit it, it's cool. I've kind of given up on houses built before 1999 myself, but it looks really nice.
Yes! What a gorgeous house! If I were you and it looked as if my family were staying there for at least a few more years and this amazing house cost less than my current house - I would be on the phone with the realtor now. Take the kids for a walk through with Linc, let the realtor do all the work and grab a chance to live in a truly beautiful and unique home for a little while. Even when it was tumble down, dirty, filled with someone else's junk, badly remodeled and apparently haunted, it was really wonderful to live at Uncle Al's for a while and just enjoy the original intent of the achitecture. Good luck!
No fair! It's absolutely gorgeous! I want it too. Oh well they won't let 14 year old girls buy houses anyway! (MbrynB)
i can definitely see why you're in love with that house! i SOOOOOO prefer old houses to the new ones they just throw up these days! are you really considering buying it?
OH MY GOODNESS! SO AMAZING! I would love an old house with such charm. This house is so you! I can really see your style in there. I hope you get it one day!
Soo, can I have the NY house and land?
HAHA wouldn't you hate me forever!
